-If you cancel we will not refund you your deposit, however we will work with you to reschedule upon availability.

-We DO NOT offer refunds after the installation has been fulfilled and we have left the site.

-Texas heat can cause your balloons to pop and we do not make ourselves responsible for any weather related damages. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions.
